The Dahon Speed P8 is a fantastic budget folding bike.
The great build quality is matched by a powerful pair of v brakes and Dahon’s own folder-specific gear set up.
For those used to full size bikes, you’ll be surprised at how well balanced and precise the Speed P8 is. It can climb and descend quite happily.
Like other Dahon models, the folding mechanism is really easy to use. The only gripe would be that it doesn’t fold up as small as a Brompton – but you are paying only just over half as much.
Great value for those mixing public transport with a cycle ride to work.
